Barry has done an excellent job of replacing our conservatory roof and we are really pleased with the final result. He always let us know when he would be arriving on site and he always left everything tidy when he finished for the day. The new roof looks amazing and the level of detail that Barry put in whilst building it really shows - nothing seemed to be too much trouble to get everything right. We can definitely recommend Barry and Crowne Upgrades and we would certainly use them again if required

Barry promptly responded to my job request and completed the work the following day. Barry realigned the doors of my conservatory superbly for a very reasonable price and provided insightful advice for improvements to my property. I would unreservedly reccommend Barry's work.

Barry found the issue with my gutter quickly and it is now resolved, no movement anymore so no more noisy nights. He also fixed another problem I was having at no extra charge.

Really happy with my new conservatory. From start to finish I have been kept informed on what is being done and by when and at they have left the site tidy everyday. I didn't really know how I wanted my new conservatory to look and Barry gave me options on what would work well for the space we have and it looks lovely! I would highly recommend Barry and his team, they did a brilliant job and are clearly perfectionists.

Barry and the team at Crowne did a great job replacing the windows and doors and handled some of the challenges left by the the builder of the 20yr old extension without any issues. They were very proactive with communication and were able to deliver and install earlier than originally planned. Everywhere was left clean and neat afterwards and I'll certainly call on Crowne in the future.
