Called him out to find and repair our leaking pipe, thouroughly explained the problem on the phone and agreed price was around £70-90. That's the only reason I accepted him to come and do the job!
On arriving didn't find the leak so couldn't repair, and ended up charging us £300, we feel massively ripped off, because no job was done and we were in same situation.
Following day I called out another plumber who came out located exactly where the leak is and did not charge a single penney as he couldn't get through the concrete floor to fix it, but he helped us massively by locating exactky where the leak is.
I feel Muhammad could have done the same and not charged us but he boasted alot about his experience doing this kind of job and working with "British gas" but he got us nowhere at the end of the day. If you are paying £300 you at least expect the job to be done! We massively got RIPPED OFF!!! And the feeling after that you payed that amount of money for nothing!!
