Our call-out fee (including VAT) covers up to one hour for diagnosis and possible repair, with all additional costs explained beforehand. The engineer provided a quote, and the choice to proceed was yours. As shown in your photo, you chose another engineer to replace the diverter valve—confirming our diagnosis. If it were incorrect, the part wouldn't have been changed.
