Excuse me,you stated on your job description you needed a gas safety certificate. I attended the job today (12/09/2020) I found a number of issues which you asked me not to declare on the certificate,unfortunately that is not possible as it illegal. You cannot leave negative feedback because a Professorial Engineer will not adhere to your illegal requests. You informed myself that you will be applying for a HMO licence,so it is my duty to inform the local authorities of your intentions and also I will reporting you to the boiler manufacturer in order that they will do checks to see if the defects have been rectified.
