We have noticed you have left negative feedback,we also know that you were communicating with both the engineer and head office about the job. The engineer on site that day spent a considerable amount of time with you discussing all the options ,which you finally decided to go with the option of totally replacing the toilet. You were completely satisfied with everything, even going on to say that you would purchase the new toilet and then call us out to fit it. You then mentioned that you were in the process of selling your property and did not want to spend any more of your money on this property. Unfortunately the only reason you left negative feedback was because you didn’t want to pay the engineers call out and diagnostic fee. We are a business and aim to put our customers first, we obviously are going to have running costs and clear charges as we are not a charity ,if we had have gone ahead and completed the job you would have had the opportunity to see that we run a very ethical company,no hidden charges and on occasion provide huge discounts to our customers. It really isn’t fair that you left the remark about racism as you know that these comments are detrimental to companies but not only that,the engineer and yourself are of the same ethnicity and so it actually doesn’t make sense that he would use any racial remarks.
