Mark contacted me and we discussed the job, and ended up agreeing to replace the tap due to the size issue, and not being able to get the necessary part quickly. He came out the following day and replaced the tap for me. Reasonably priced for supply and fit.

Mark was helpful, polite and friendly and completed the jobs to our satisfaction. Would be happy to recommend him.

Mark did a good job for me

Mark is a really nice guy and on his visit to fix the problem he brought his Dad who'd been in the plumbing business before he retired and it was nice to see the dynamic between them both. There was a problem with the hot water cut off valve also meaning quite a simple job took longer; that combined with a rusted tap fixing that needed removed but it got done as expected. Mark also went above and beyond fitting a stop valve by the hot water feed to the tap so it can be isolated there in the future which was above and beyond. Unfortunately this created another leak which appeared after a few days. After a bit of chasing Mark around, he came back about a week later and attempted a fix. That didn't work either so needed another call; again after a bit of chasing around for over a week, he came back and has now stopped the leak. My plumbing isn't great and to be fair, the leak only happened out of his goodwill hence the Positive review and not Neutral as it could have been. The cost was perfectly reasonable and happy with the Tap fitted etc. We got there in the end and i do appreciate Mark's a busy guy; his proximity to me didn't make it easy for me to get him back but after some texts and calls where I had to do the chasing up, he always replied and honoured the fix as expected.

Problem solved quickly & effectively, I would use him again without doubt. Thanks Mark!

still awaiting for you to come and do the job,toilet is exactly the same as when you came 3 weeks ago.you said it needed new syphon, you did not put a new one in,yet you still charged £100-00.
