    Fit Stop Cock to supply, small leak needs tightening up
    Amazed!!! Good communicator who actually 'listened', which is rare these days. Punctual, professional, very efficient, pleasant, did the job and left. Bingo... job done at a very reasonable price. Many thanks Mark. You're one of the more pleasant efficient tradesmen around.

    Toilet cistern
    Hired Mark to fit new toilet and cistern workmanship was spot on when something went wrong there was NO response from him to attend workmanship 100% back up 0%

    Small radiator repair in Lemington
    Very happy with Mark. Contacted me straight away after publishing my job and quoted over the phone. Turned up next day and did the job quickly and efficiently. Stuck to his price and was very pleasant. Highly recommended!

    Bathroom taps need replacing

    Radiator valve replacing
