First impressions were great agreed for him to replace the whole taps as he advised it would take a long time to get the right parts to just fix it. He was meant to attend at 10am waited till 11am and had to text him he replied to my text to say he would be there by twelve 2 hours late :( just wonder if he would have bothered to contact me if I hadn’t chased him. Anyway job done but he left me with a blocked sink :( took me 2 hours to unblock :( not the greatest service I’ve had but job done and leaking tap fixed.
