For problem stairs that person is Chris. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He knows his trade, is enthusiastic about doing it and does it with great pride and skill. On top of that he is a really nice guy. Also, he travelled 190+ miles to fix my stairs and arrived on time. Don't just consider Chris for your job, just hire him, you wont regret it.
