Brilliant job, punctual and very efficient , would defiantly recommend 👍👍👍

Initially I was told that steps repair can only be done from the bottom by couple of other trademens and my lounge plaster board wall should be knocked off, repair the steps and close the wall. But i have given myself a second chance hiring Christopher Ward who told it can be done from the above and yes he is correct. He came on time, repaired whole staitcase and completed my job. I am very much pleased by his work. Here after if I have or get any problems with staircase I will give a call immediately without second thought to Chris and get work done. Chris is one of the most polite and trades knowledgeable people I have had the pleasure to meet. He explained everything in detail with a great deal of knowledge. He worked very efficiently and made sure everything was complete and clean before he left. I have to say the stairs no longer creak or make any noise and they were bad before Chris came. Hiring Chris to repair our stairs was the best money we have spent during our house refurbishment. It's a shame he doesn't do other things as we would certainly hire him - I wish every tradesman was like him.

Chris has done a fantastic job of getting rid of 100% of the creaking and movement from our stairs. The work was done in a professional manner, and very quickly. Replaced the carpet and thoroughly clean up after himself. I would highly recommend him for any stair repair you may require.

He arrived on time, worked really hard, repaired my wormy stairs, pointed out further damage on a tread I didn't even realise was broken, and then did remedial work on all the stairs, to prevent further damage in the future. Chris did an excellent job at sorting out the stairs and helped fix a creaky landing although he emphasised beforehand that his speciality is stairs. He communicated well with me before he came. Very happy with his work and I recommend him.

The stairs in my 7 year old Barrat house snapped. Barrat were of no use, not for the first time. I read all the reviews on Chris, they are true. A perfect job, on time and stress free.

I am going to be honest. Chris was absolute amazing his effort, skills and his attitude towards me was very positive. I would a advise him to anyone who needed there stairs refurbishing.
