Excellent tradesman! Right from initial contact, Chris's communication has been spot on. He asked for photos/video of the problem area, then advised what could be done, time/cost and arranged the date. He messaged a reminder the day before the work was to be completed. Chris arrived on time, got on with the job, completed the job and left the area neat and tidy. He is definitely the STAIRCASE man. Highly recommended.
