Very professional and did an excellent work. I would recommend to anyone who wishes to repair staircase

10/10 for sure!! He’s a lovely bloke that drove 100 miles ON A SUNDAY (his day off) to fix my stairs! He done an amazing job no movement in them at all and no creaking! He arrived and fixed within 4 hours!! Would 100% recommend to everyone I know. Thank you for your help Chris!!

Arrived on time. Highly experienced- new what the problem was without looking at it. Very competent and friendly. Completed repairs, refitted stair carpet and cleaned up. It looked as if he hadn't started the job. Can't fault the quality of workmanship. Would definitely recommend. Excellent.

Chris did a fantastic job - staircase went from squeaky and creaky to silent. Friendly and concientious, with good communication. Would highly recommend.

Excellent tradesman! Right from initial contact, Chris's communication has been spot on. He asked for photos/video of the problem area, then advised what could be done, time/cost and arranged the date. He messaged a reminder the day before the work was to be completed. Chris arrived on time, got on with the job, completed the job and left the area neat and tidy. He is definitely the STAIRCASE man. Highly recommended.
