Christopher Ward Joinery Services reviews (354)

Such a lovely bloke, friendly, professional, thorough and efficient. He gave a price and stuck to it, clearing up before leaving. Would definitely recommend. No more squeaky unsafe stairs! thanks Christopher ☺️

The job did not need attention but a very pleasant man and helpful.

Chris arrived on time and completely eliminated the squeaky noises for our stairs. Very happy for his work. Love to recommend him to all.

A true gentleman and a stairs expert. I have been freed from my torment of squeaky stairs. First class service. Highly recommended.

Chris replaced our winder section of stairs that had broken. It is now much sturdier than it ever has been, doesn’t even squeak, and he even fixed a couple of bits of loose carpet for me while he was at it. He’s dead friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.

Christopher arrived promptly serviced our staircase including new risers, support blocks underneath etc rendering the staircase totally silent - oh bliss oh joy! I would thoroughly recommend Christopher ward Joinery Services.

Christopher did my staircase over a year ago and I'd forgot to leave a review. I wasn't sure my stairs were fixable as they were so cracked and had a lot of give and felt unsafe. He did a totally amazing job - made them solid again! I wanted a stair runner and he was really amazing at adapting how he did the fixes to allow me to have that, going above and beyond. Over a year later and the stairs are still solid. Highly recommend and have recommended to friends. Thanks!

Absolutely the best of the best, done an amazing job, from a very loud creaking stairs to silence I can now creep upstairs to bed after a night out without my wife knowing 😆 🤣. I highly recommend him.

Chris came on time was efficient and competent Obviously knew what to do and carried out the job to a very high standard in the time scale he gave and more impressively cleaned up after the job Highly recommended and would not hesitate if there was another problem but I think the stairs could now outlast the house. I had a staircase that moved n every direction and would give alfred hitchcock a run for his money in the creaky department, they felt ? spongy, after Chris's magic I have a staircase that feels solid ,does not move and is so quiet . He wasn't the cheapest quote but he was certainly the best choice I would highly recommend

Chris did a fantastic job repairing our creaky stairs. He was super honest when reviewing and quoting and really professional and a lovely chap to chat too during the repair. We are delighted with the work and I couldn’t recommend highly enough.
