Prompt, very friendly, did a great job and cleaned up after himself. No complaints at all.

Had very creaky staircase. Chris gave prompt responses, told us straight what he thought he could achieve. A nice reminder ahead of the job (think more trade could do this - if nothing else to let you know they haven't forgotten). Very honest, reliable person and great outcome. Highly recommend.
