They are rock solid now, are silent and better than they were originally in a newish build house. He’s a really nice guy, and definitely knows what he’s doing. Yes there might be cheaper people (I had cheaper quotes) but they didn’t give me confidence in being fixed properly. Worth paying for an expert in staircases to get it done once and right. Would highly recommend to others. Thanks again
