Chris is an incredibly professional and friendly person, and without a doubt, he is one of the best staircase specialists I’ve come across. He fixed my squeaky staircase, and I’m really impressed with the result — there is no noise at all now! What impressed me most was his approach. While other joiners suggested removing parts of the staircase from underneath, Chris managed to fix it entirely from the top using a technique that clearly requires a lot of experience and expertise. A special thank you to Chris for travelling around 250 miles to come and fix my staircase. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into the job. I’m extremely happy with the work he did and the quality of the finish. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking for staircase repairs or any other staircase-related service.

Cannot recommended Chris to highly. Great work, explained what was involved and after care. Outstanding communication. Price was higher than others( no add on though, price inclusive of everything, unlike a lot of other quotes), but worth it.
