Cannot recommend this company enough. Was very informative and gave me advice on the stoves. Was prompt at fitting me in, very competitive priced and job was completed efficiently, no mess and daz the installer was friendly and helpful. Very very happy with the service.

Overall good experience. Brett communicated well all through. Original start date was confused but other than that the 2 guys who came to do the job worked very well and did a great tidy job. Very happy to see my burner in action at last looks great, works great.

Messed me about and would not answer phone as he lives in france. He doesnt do the jobs himself, he booked a date by wattsupp messsge for a guy to do work then cancelled days before job start. Had to find new Hetas installer. Im glad though as the hetas guy I used is local and does the work himself.

I Approached the company my Build....of which got a good respond.. Had a free quote.. Of which then was carried out the work a week later... On my chimney sweep. Flue Liner and seal around main flue to log burner! Of what I got quoted for the job.. £500.. After the work was done.. I was left with a unusable TV AND SATILITE DISH... for 2wks after the guy who went on the roof. And Nearly fell. Hung on my Ariel... Snapped the wire cable.. And failed to own up to it.. Of which now... Now I've had to pay out a further £358 of which the TV was in good working Order until they carried out the work...they Eventually came back to my property 2wks later of contacting them.. They tried to rectify the job going up on my roof and repestioniong my Ariel.. Of which did have a very good signal before.. And couldn't be Repaired.. Hopefully this matter will be Resolved with full payment of my Ariel! Or I will be taking matters further... If this was an Elderly vunrable person.. Left at these COVID times... And headed cost... Not very perfessional.. As would have hadded to the cost.. Sign Andrea mulkeen

They did a good job and carried on and completed a difficult job the only complaint I had was that they left a lot of debris in the garden

Chimney Chaps quoted a good price. Communication was good. Their knowledge was evident and they were helpful and worked quickly. I trusted them to do the job right and they persisted with the job when it became challenging. With the chimney sweeping part I thought they would be able to stop the soot from spreading quite so far by covering up the fire place with a tent thing. Another sweep that I have had did this and made no mess. Other than that, the work was good and the men were helpful and friendly.
