Nice enough couple of chaps turned up, but- Lost initial details Price increased Turned up in an astra car, not all tools or bits and had to go to B&Q. Returned couple of days later as agreed to complete. Hiwever, we have smoke coming into the room when we open the door to fill up the log burner which they said they would fix and by 17th Jan. but haven't.

Absolutely great service from Chimney Chaps. They commissioned our new stove and handled all the necessary paperwork. The chap who dealt with the booking and admin was really helpful, and the installer/fitter himself was excellent. His workmanship was spot on — a real perfectionist and genuinely nice to deal with. All in all, a great experience and literally half the price of what we’d been quoted elsewhere. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

The lads that came were brilliant couldn't fault a thing. Highly recommend. Will be using them again when it's needs a service.
