I had chimney chaps come and line my chimneys for open fires and sweep one for me. The service was first class, they even came on a Sunday as the job needed doing ASAP! I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much 😊

The contractor came on time and on the dates that were agreed. In addition to this the contractor realised that the gap in the chimney breast was not big enough for the oven. The contractor went the extra mile to source a oven that would fit in the hole and make the finish look correct. Secondly the contractors chop saw broke and wouldn’t cut the stone that needed to be installed. The contractor spent almost two hours sourcing another saw on a Sunday!! The job was finished after this. We are really happy with the customer service and the transparency of the whole process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Chimney Chaps!

We used this company for a log burner installation. The owner didn't want to look at the job as he said 'we do hundreds of these'. Turns out he didn't want to look as he lives in France!!! His workmen (who were nice) came with fittings, which were wrong despite advising which type of burner we had so had to arrange another date. Another date was organised and still a part was incorrect, so the job was still not finished. The owner took weeks to send the correct part which my partner will have to fit, and the burner wasn't sealed so we'll have to do that too (although a small amount of money was knocked off the bill). Altogether a bit of a palava and disappointing. Wouldn't recommend or use again.

Brett and his team were very professional and reasonably priced. They fitted us in at short notice. They turned up on time and they worked hard and were very tidy. We would definitely recommend them.

Bret and his team were fantastic, the communication before the job was thorough, the fitters turned up on time did the job correctly and talked us through what to do expect. Had quotes from others but chose these guys and glad I did.
