Ended up needing more work than required upon further inspection. Boss Gas were flexible and understanding. Managed to get all the work done on the same day for a reasonable price. We hired recently hired Boss Gas for a boiler flush. Not only were their prices competitive, but they also took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, ensuring I understood what was being done and why. They arrived on time and completed the job efficiently, just as requested. Moreover, their keen eye for detail led them to discover a fault that had previously gone unnoticed by us. This proactive approach is commendable. They went above and beyond by arranging a warranty call out on our behalf, saving us time and hassle. This fellow was just unprofessional, poor communication skills, terrible trade man, just as the last reviewer, honestly run š. He shout at you even said to me over the phone, today will be my last day, I wonder how he is allowed on my builder. I honestly donāt comment even if trade professionals are not 100% but I must inform others just as the last reviewer have done, only that I didnāt check his review before inviting him on-site.
