We hired recently hired Boss Gas for a boiler flush. Not only were their prices competitive, but they also took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, ensuring I understood what was being done and why. They arrived on time and completed the job efficiently, just as requested. Moreover, their keen eye for detail led them to discover a fault that had previously gone unnoticed by us. This proactive approach is commendable. They went above and beyond by arranging a warranty call out on our behalf, saving us time and hassle. This fellow was just unprofessional, poor communication skills, terrible trade man, just as the last reviewer, honestly run š. He shout at you even said to me over the phone, today will be my last day, I wonder how he is allowed on my builder. This man and his son are very the most unprofessional and very disrespectful to customers Iāve ever met.. if you question what he has done for the sudden increase in price as previously agreed, he will take it as an offence, he started shouting and insulting me in the presence of my family. I asked him to leave with full payment however he continued to shout abusive statements on his way out stating how my home is a shithole as compared to his big house. He kicked my gate on his way out. He is lucky thereās no option for uploading a video showing his actions but i have them both recorded. For a peace of mind kindly do not hire.Answer from tradesperson:
To all who read this it actually went the other way round this customer began being offensive the moment I presented him with the bill of Ā£425. He stated he is a big man and this is nothing to him whilst shouting and cursing at us. We done a fault finding diagnosis plus call out fee Ā£90, drove 50 miles ether way to pick up his part for the boiler cost of part Ā£85 returned and fitted the (part) a plate heat exchanger and we also installed a limescale reducer Ā£250 labour, collection, supply & fit of both parts at 7pm at night. All prices were made clear and transparent to him from the onset and he chose to go ahead with our services which we carried out most effectively and to a professional standard as we always do.

Boss Gas Installation was very friendly to discuss my boiler problems with him. He had professional knowledge to explain what was likely to be the problem with my boiler. At the end of our discussion I decided not to repair my boiler so I did not hire Boss Gass Installation for the job because I considered replacing my boiler instead of repair .I will hire Boss Gas in the future if I need an engineer because he sounded knowledgeable with touch of friendly disposition.Answer from tradesperson:
