Zac and team were amazing did a thorough and professional job. Cleaned up after themselves will 100% hire them again!!

I recently had Zack and Josh from Boss Gas Installations perform a boiler safety check, leak repair, and chimney/flue reseal. Their response time was quick and we were able to schedule the job promptly. Communication was seamless; they were easy to get in touch with, they kept me informed every step of the way, and explained what they were doing and offered clearly. The repair was handled efficiently, and everything was done to the highest standard. I couldn't be happier with the service. Quick, professional, prompt, and thorough—I'll definitely be contacting them again for any future needs and would recommend them to anyone!

Zac was excellent! He came on very short noticed and explained everything that needed doing in detail, was able to not only diagnose the problem and also come up with a solution very quickly and he truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was OK. Thank you so much Zac, highly recommend!

Zac was very professional disconnected the gas and removed the fireplace just as we wanted.

I regret having paid them. The job was appalling—rushed and done without any planning skills. On top of that, Zaccheus loses his temper easily, shouts at you, gaslights you, threatens you (all documented), and treats you like you're not a thinking person. He believes he’s a plumbing genius, doesn’t communicate, and lies from the beginning. For instance, he claims to have 10 years of experience, but how is that possible when he got his licence only 4 years ago?He also admitted via email (all documented) that he "scratches" for work because these are "quiet times" for him. Poor Zaccheus. He never communicated the price for the materials and then marked it up significantly afterward which is illegal by the way. How did he managed to cause two leaks, attach some exposed pipes differently from others, create the appalling piping work (see images), break my boiler, and then leave without fixing it? I have reported everything to MyBuilder and will report it to Trading Standards as well.

I'm very happy with the job that Zac and Josh completed at my property. I had to move a gas boiler from one wall to another as I wanted to knock down a wall between kitchen and the reception room. Zac also closed off unused gas pipe to the gas stove, sealed of some water pipes and helped with additional plumbing works in the kitchen - connected a belfast basin and tap plus a new dishwasher. We have had great communication throughout the whole project, and we successfully managed to fit Zac's jobs alongside other builders and tradesmen on the site. I would definitely recommend Zac and his services!
