These boys are brilliant! When I wanted a gas fire fitted, I was told by another tradesman that I would need to hire a builder/roofer to remove the old flue liner and repoint the chimney, an electrician to remove some plug sockets, a plasterer to repair the chimney breast and a decorater to redo the coving. The lads from Heatsafe did it all. And forget about the old saying "Jack of all trades, master of none". They did it all to a very high standard. They were punctual, quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I really cannot fault them. I am a born pessimist and always worry that large jobs of this kind will never turn out how I want them to. I needn't have worried. They came to assess the fireplace and told me exactly what they would be doing beforehand. The estimate was clear and the price was fair. If I had another fireplace, I wouldnt hesitate in using them again. Highly recommended!

After several visits from various builders and fireplace fitters with no result except for a sharp intake of breath and I don't know what you are going to do with that chimney mate. Thank goodness for Paul from Heatsafe !! They turned up on the day they said they would and on time! Up on my roof they removed the liner from my chimney,that others said was impossible,he then made my fireplace good fitted the cowl on the chimney pot,installed my gas fire and carried out the safety checks. NO PROBLEMS!! Thank you Paul top job. I can highly recommend Heatsafe fast friendly service. Top job!!

What can I say! Paul & Paddy were absolutely fantastic they done a brilliant professional job and kept me laughing all morning. The price was extremely competitive and my wood burning stove works like a dream! The end result was fabulous! Thank you so much Paul I really appreciate everything you done for me.

Paul came round and discussed stove styles, makes, structures and sizes with us and helped us choose something that would work well for us. When he returned to do the installation he worked cleanly and very quickly, completing the work for a competitive price.
