Jody and the team have been brilliant. Easy to chat to, quote was competitive and answered any queries with ease. I do a lot of building work for clients so will definitely be using HeatSafe as a supplier and installer for any jobs which include their services!

You can trust Heatsafe!! I wanted my gas fire serviced and the engineer charged me to turn it off, telling me I had to buy a new one from him. I rang Heatsafe and they came round and tested the fire and it had a blocked pilot, they mended it and switched the fire back on and didn't charge me!!! They are friendly and honest and frankly rather lovely. This has given me time to save up for my log burner while being warm, instead of borrowing money to install one now. I will use Heatsafe for any job I need on any house I purchase. I recommend them extremly highly.

Heatsafe did a great job in converting our tatty fireplace which we knocked out several years ago into a nicely finished alcove complete with rustic looking oak beam. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up after completing the job.

Heatsafe installations ltd were brilliant from start to finish, they gave good advice to help us choose the right wood burner, and then were professional tidy workers when removing our old fireplace, making the opening bigger, fitting the new log burner, flu, and Oak beam. Arrived on time with everything needed and arranged in their van, two installers (Jodie & Steve), and then later Paul worked tirelessly all day (7+hrs) with only an odd tea break to get the job finished, and to a very high standard. We are extremely happy with the results and are actually looking forward to the cold weather so that we can have some cosy nights in with the wood burner in full flow.
