Stove works very well, although where I have two 'pipes' joined together the joining compound has started to deteriorate and crumble away.

What a lovely job. They came at the time and day arranged to view the job. And gave a written price. Then arranged a date. Came on that date. Fitted a beautiful fire for me. I didnt even need to paint after it was done. Im more than pleased with their service and skill. They supplied all the stone needed for the hearth and fire. It looks fabulous. I would more than recommend them for your work.

We are absolutely delighted with our new log burner. Paul & Paddy were fantastic and the job that we thought was going to be impossible was completed in a day and a half! We were very inpressed. They installed the log burner and fire surround with great efficiency and good humour having discovered that our chimney was purely decorative. I had a lot of dubious advice about installing a open fire into a Victorian chimney. Paul gave out sensible advice to ensure I was HETAS compliant but not spending a fortune. Our chimney did not need lining as we had been quoted and he did not need scaffolding to conduct a smoke test. High quality installation of a granite hearth and cast iron fire surround whilst also moving a lintel. Reliable, contactable, tidy work. Would highly recommend for some sensible HETAS advice and quality workmanship

From start to finish Paul was brilliant, always on time, full of knowledge and advice, very friendly and happy and the new fireplaces and woodburner look absolutely amazing. He even did a bit of extra hole filling and plastering for us! All in all fantastic, I wouldn't hesitate to have him back again if we decide to do our other fireplace.

Firstly these two guys are amazing in what they can do. I have so wanted a log burner fitted in my study for years and every time i`v looked into it i was told "Sorry cant be done.... Until i found Paul from HeatSafe... He came round and explained how he could install a log burner where i wanted it which nobody else could seem to do. Paul & Paddy worked to a very high standard and where a pleasure to have round my house. I wouldn`t hesitate to use or recomend them again. Many Thanks To You Both...
