Really pleased with Ian from Black Country windows and doors. He’s done a fantastic job fitting our garage personnel door. All cleaned up afterwards left no mess, in fact I think the garage is cleaner than when he came! Extremely professional and prompt at replying. Would 100% recommend.

Posted the Job yesterday, Ian got in touch saying he could do the job today. Professional from start to finish and did a top job. The Lads arrived on time, put dust sheets down and got on with it, tidied up after themselves and cleaned the windows after they were done. Definitely would hire them again for any other windows we get done. Thanks again! Kevin

100% recommend. Very competitive quote. Excellent communication from the point of contacting Ian through to finishing the job. Ian and his helper where very polite and clean when at the house, and went above and beyond many times. Even to the point Ian helped me reinstall my dishwasher! I will be recommending to friends and family.

From arranging the appointment to Ian installing the doors was all positive. He called prior as arranged and arrived when he said he would. He got straight on to installing the already supplied doors and we are extremely happy with the whole service. I have held on to his number and hope I can offer him some more work in the future. Absolutely great service from Ian at Black Country Windows. I contacted a few people on here for quotes. He was the only one who came in person to measure up and quote for the work. That really did it for me. Well done to him and his wife who explained everything to me of how it all works. Today he came to fit them, he arrived when he said he would and worked very hard. He fitted 3 windows and changed the glass in the kitchen window to a very high standard. I am very pleased with his work. Thank you Ian.
