Ian did an excellent job replacing the bay window, fast, reliable, good value

Couldn't recommend Black Country Windows more, quick to come round and provide a very competitive quote, gave realistic timescales and kept to them for manufacture and fitting of the windows and installed 11 windows and 2 doors within 3 days to a very high standard, would definitely use again!

Ian provided an excellent service from start to finish with superb customer relations. He measured up and quoted within a few days, and his quote was very reasonable. While waiting for windows to be made, he kept us informed of progress. He installed the windows in 1.5 days and came back next morning to install the patio door and finish off. His standard of workmanship was excellent. Ian was friendly and chatty throughout, and happy to discuss options. We are very pleased with the finished windows and patio door and would highly recommend Ian.

Ian was brilliant start to finish. We had all our windows and new 3m wide patio french doors. I love them. He also gave us the best quote - very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Ian replaced windows and doors at my property, I am very happy with every aspect of the job - communication, punctuality, cleanliness, quality of the work... There was an issue with the door that was supplied by the manufacturer and Ian handled it with as little hassle as possible to us. Highly recommend. Supplied quality products and service. Very good tradesman, fitted new composite door and two large windows at a very fair price. Really pleased with the new door and windows. Will use again.
