We chose Ben to fix a leak in our chimney breast. Very polite and professional, Ben diagnosed the problem and got us booked in quickly to fix it. Ben and his team were quick, reliable, tidied up afterwards, the price was fixed and, most importantly, the leak was resolved. Also cleaned out our gutters and removed some dead ivy that we couldn't reach ourselves. Would recommend and have already used again for another leak.

All work finished as promised, honest price. Even got the job done without me being there which was ideal.

Excellent! We had been struggling for months to find a reliable roofer to fix a leak and at our two story semi-detached property, even speaking directly with the NRFC for assistance. Contractors failed to turn up and those who did took ages to provide quotations, despite chasing on more than one occasion. Active Roofing was the complete opposite. Booked a consultation the same day the advert was posted. Ben came fully prepared to inspect the roof (sounds logical but others didn't bother bringing ladders) and took photographs of the problem to help provide me with a clear and knowledgeable explanation of the problem and how it should be fixed. A competitive quote provided before he left with no pressure to make a decision straight away. Work was booked in 3 days later, completed to an excellent standard by a friendly and courteous team. Extremely happy, and would highly recommend. Delighted to now have a reliable roofing contractor I can call should I have any further requirements in the future.

We needed a leak in our roof repairing, and our guttering, drain pipes, facia and soffits replacing. Active Roofing were in good contact and we agreed on a very reasonable price for the work. This included taking all the waste and old materials of site and disposing of them. They managed to fit the job in sooner than expected due to a cancellation on another job. They completed the job to a high standard and left our property clean and tidy. Hopefully our roof won’t need any more work done, but we're really happy to recommend Active Roofing to others.

Initially we thought it was a simple case of replacing 2 missing roof tiles with the possibility of perhaps some further work in the future. It turned out to be a complete replacement of the entire roof including the removal of the chimney. Bespoke roofing (William) was the only tradesman to offer us a comprehensive assessment of the problem. And whilst it wasn't by any means cheap, the work was completed to a very good standard and we now have peace of mind every time it rains - which is priceless.

William fitted a new roof on our extension. He has done a lovely job. He was very reliable, cleaned up afterwards, well spoken, told me what was going on, did before and after pictures - it was perfect. He worked really well for the price I paid. I would give him 10 out of 10 and he is the best tradesman I have had for a young bloke.

William responded to my request within 24 hours and after confirming the quote the work was completed to my satisfaction very speedily. William then followed up the work to ensure that I was satisfied with the work and dealt with my questions professionally and promptly. I intend to use William again.
