William was great. He turned up as promised and did the job like he stated. It was all completed on time and the rubbish was all cleared.

I can recommend William and his men without reservation. Ever since I purchased my house late last year i had a damp spot due to a leak in the roof. A few months ago, i paid another roofer to take care of it and three or four visits later, the problem persisted and the roofer seemed none the wiser. William on the other hand recognised the problem in an instant, laid out clearly what the solution would be and a couple of days later implemented it with his team in a professional manner. Highly recommended. So much so that I hired him to do a second job a few days later.

William came really quick after i've posted the job on the website to assess the issue and found out that the leak was finally not related to he lead flashing, as previously diagnosed by two others roofers that had a look at it, but a hole the size of a mobile phone in the felt. After agreeing the cost of the repair, he came at the agreed time the next morning to change the old felt with a breathable membrane and replaced the broken tiles. What I've appreciated with William is not only his professionalism but also his honesty as he clearly said to me that he prefer doing a job as a whole instead of patching the hole and having to come back later for the same problem. I can only recommend him and his company for any roof work. I will definitely use his service again.

Quick service. Roof repaired very quickly. William very polite and explained what needed to be done. Every thing left clean and tidy.
