William was professional, spot on with the work and resolved the issue I had which was in a tricky spot of the roof. Great work done in a swift manner, would recommend and most likely hire for any future work on my other properties.

From the quote to the completion of the roof, A** service and communication. William went over and beyond to make sure that my elderly grandparents were taken care of, and his transparency is legendary. He called us at least once a week to make sure we were okay during lockdown, that the leak was not causing further issue, and volunteering to come over to put in intermediary measures if required. After having been mucked about by another company, William was the breathe of fresh air we had prayed for. Please not all of this took place during Corona lock down, and phased reopening. This is the type of company you allow to work on your family homes. William was friendly and professional, responded quickly and spotted that there was a further problem with the roof and recommended a solution. He kept me well informed and took photos to help explain what needed to be done. He was able to schedule the work within a few days and arranged extra help to complete it earlier than expected and before the weather turned bad. All work was completed to my satisfaction and everything was left tidy. Great job, I would use again.

After inspection of my roof there was more damage than expected so the job was the complete roof, Tiles, Felt, Battens. Scaffold was erected front and back by Scaffolders Very neat job done, quick and tidy all rubbish taken away I inspected the work at all stages with no problem going up ladder, they were happy for me to go up. William very knowable and easy to talk to as he let me know everything that was going on each day
