William and his team were really reliable and professional from start to finish. He identified and fixed the leak in our roof quickly, and even fixed a loose bracket in our gutter while he was at it that we hadn’t known was there. We would very happily work with William again.

William was prompt to respond and surveyed the problem on the date & time agreed. On inspection further problems were highlighted and William videoed them to show me and explained all my options in detail. He's team worked tirelessly to complete the work and left everything clean and free of debris. I would employ William and his company again if needed.

Spoke to William in the morning after my elderly mum said that a tile had blown off her roof, he said he would be there in an hour and he was. That job and a couple of others were completed the next day. William is fair and reliable and kept me updated on the work with photos and videos at each stage as I was not able to be there. I would thoroughly recommend him.

William is a polite trustworthy man. He kept me informed at all stages of the project e.g Scaffolding and skip arrival times. His team are punctual and professional and hard-working. I would recommend this company and would give them 10 stars if I could Thank you for a professional job well done !!

William came and gave us a very thorough quotation, viewing the roof from the ground, inside the attic and looking at areas of the house where we’d had a leak. We discussed options and his advice seemed very practical and honest. He was prompt in replying to messages and on time for the job. He gave my updates aa he progressed with the job, including pictures. I appreciated how he explained problems and what he was doing very clearly. When he forgot a small part of the job, he came back to address this with no fuss.
