Trustworthy & reliable, came out to quote the same day as requested, and then fixed the issue the following day. Would definitely recommend.

So impressed with Billy and his team. They were knowledgable about the job and charged us a fair price despite us having an initial quote from a different company wanting to charge 7 times more what we’d been advised by united utilities. They arranged to come a few days later, arrived on time, dug down and fixed the issue quickly and replaced everything as if they’d never been there. Billy showed me on a screen using his drain cam where they’d fixed it and advised me to take pics as we’re selling our house. Billy and his mate were excellent, really friendly and did a superb job, will no doubt use again if needed and highly recommend.

Prompt communication from the c star, came to provide a quote, Billy offered his advice re the job which didn't need doing but offered an option. Observed the drainpipe using his equipment. Refreshing to see that this firm in particular aren't just out there to take your money, rather, offer their assessment and professional opinion. Whilst there was no job for the company on this occasion due to his findings I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future, based on this experience I'd highly recommend allowing him to quote a job on the first instance.
