Great communication, Billy arrived at agreed time & texted beforehand. Explained the work to be done and got it completed in good time, leaving everywhere neat & tidy. Huge root removed that had lifted a drain cover, Billy was very professional in showing me that the root had not caused any damage to the drain. Very fair price for the work too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Northwest Drainage 24/7 !

So impressed with Billy. He came one day after I put my job, arrived on time, did the job very well as arranged. He was knowledgeable, showed me on a screen of his drain cam what is happening and resolved two issues. Bill was excellent, really friendly and did a superb job, will no doubt use again if needed and highly recommend.

Billy literally came in 30 mins from time I short listed the job. Even though it was towards end of day and light was fading. If that isnt as quick as emergency services I am not sure what is. Came in and was pro active and resolved issue in less than 30 mins. Great job and super quick and efficient.
