Not knowing any roofers in this area I took a leap of faith and selected Tom to re-felt a roof for me. He was great. Fitted me in really quickly, did a good job, and although there was a minor issue he didn't quibble, he was back within 24hrs and rectified things. Great service and would use again.

The most important thing that I look for in a contractor is trust. I trust Tom and his team and have no hesitation in recommending Bailey's Roof Care. The team were polite and got the job done at a very good price. In the event, further work was uncovered but the reason was photographed, explained and remedied with a minimum of fuss. I placed job on Sunday after the gales as 2 tiles missing due to gales.Tom came out on the monday When looking the wood on the gable end had rotted badly and the tiles at the other side had slipped and we hadn't noticed, but could see from the ground when pointed out. They started work on the Tuesday keeping me informed at all times of what they were seeing plus he vidioed on his phone so we could also see. We were informed of the cost before he started and made sure we were happy for them to continue. They stayed true to there costings. The guys doing the job were friendly and cheerful. They stayed with the job until it was finished taking 6 days. We are very happy and pleased with the end result. It also can with a report so as we can give this to the insurance and also a written guarantee. I would use them again.

Tom and his team did a brilliant job of installing new upvc fascia board and deep flow guttering to our high street cafe at 5a South Street, Wareham (Terra Organics). The job was quoted and performed within 2 days to the agreed scope and price. Tom and his team were great to deal with and left the site clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Baileys Roof Care.

Very pleased posted my job late on Sunday night and it was all done and fixed by Tuesday he even came out in the pouring rain. Thankyou for speedy service.

I contacted Tom who promptly called back and arranged a viewing of the work and provided a quote for cleaning the guttering, fixing the leak and cleaning the fascias. During the work the team identified further issues out of scope from the original quote. They promptly contacted Tom, who would come and discuss what was found. We were always shown the problem or took pictures to of the areas that needed attention, like the rotten wood, the 5 birds nests and where they pecked through, the crumbling felt flashing. Tom gave us a breakdown of the work to be done and a quote for this work. Tom ensured the the ownership of confirming the additional work was with us and at no time was I under pressure to have this additional work done. Tom tracked the progress of his team daily and I found all the team to be very professional and dedicated. The team worked hard and had a really good attitude working to high standards. I would absolutely recommend Tom and his team and BRC would be the first ones I would call for any further work in the future.

Tom followed up quickly on the initial enquiry and started work, unfortunately underlying problems were found and the work scope escalate. Tom was fair and reasonable with these extra's and engaged the team quickly to a much larger task at short notice. A pleasure to deal with.
