Tom Bailey replied very promptly and delivered a very reasonable estimate to replace the guttering of a dormer window.This was done expeditiously and very competently. I would thoroughly recommend Bailey's.

The cleaning of the moss was done very thoroughly, all done by hand rather than jet washed (which I had been told to steer clear from). Unfortunately, as often happens when dealing with roof tiles, there was a lot of broken cement under the ridge tiles. We arranged a price and old cement was replaced with a more modern replacement. Again we came to a suitable added price. The team were very friendly and worked hard. We are very pleased with the finished work.

Tom came round for a quote which I accepted and said the job would be done within the next 5 days - 2 days later he was on site and cracked on with the job. The old facia and soffit were stripped and replaced with the new all within 1 day. Great guys that get the job done. Impressed. Im looking forward to heavy rain as Im sure the new guttering will have no issues.

Excellent work for replacing the old faulty gutter. Tom responded very quickly and came around to have a look, plus helped also to talk to us and our neighbours to explain the issue, as the gutters were in between the 2 houses. Definitely impressed and highly recommend Tom and his company. Outstanding communication, reasonably priced and the work was done very quickly and completed in very high standards. We are very pleased with the work that Tom and his team have carried out, we took to Tom on his first visit. There was a major problem during the works that added to the overall cost but that was nothing that wasn’t discussed and agreed on. All of Toms team were polite & courteous, there must have been at least six different ones over the length of the job and we did not here one swear word. On completion they made a thorough job of tidying the site. We would have no problem in recommending Tom and would not hesitate to use him again.

Superb,prompt and friendly service from start to finish. The job was initially to replace two lengths of old guttering but, upon further investigation,there were far greater problems with the roof than we had anticipated. Tom fully explained what the problems were and what was needed to rectify them,giving a full breakdown of costs and using photos to explain. All of the people working on the job were polite and friendly throughout and the work was completed quickly and to an excellent standard. We are delighted with the service and the result and would therefore thoroughly recommend Baileys. Thanks very much ;-)
