Nice repair job which they were able to schedule at short notice and carry out with mimimum fuss.

A great experience. From viewing the job (dry verge replacement on both gable ends), to sending the quote, having the scaffolding erected and the team (and I mean team!) of roofers completing the work, to the scaffolding coming down.. the communications was excellent and besides admiring my fancy dry verge, I wouldn't know that anyone has even been here. Probably the cleanest team I have ever had come round. Great professionalism and would highly recommend.

We've requested an inspection of perished elements of the roof, which escalated to re-tiling the whole roof. Tom did fantastic job sourcing materials on short notice and aligning the works with our travel dates, big job done in shortest possible time, well matching BH14 neighbourgood aesthetics.

Had a couple of tiles slipped leaving a hole in the roof. Contacted Tom and promptly sent one of his guys to fix. Informed the battens and lining had rotted away so needed a repair in the not too distant future. Got a few quotes in and his was very reasonable. Good communication and decided to go ahead. Liked his way of many tradesman and short timespan. Had new liner , battens, and verges etc but original tiles. His team cracked on and done the work in a day. Amazing job. Very pleased with everything. Would highly recommend.

Tom quoted for gutter repair and fixing tiles above the front door. The work was carried out quickly and I was even charged less because it took less time than anticipated. Would definitely use them again

Mixed experience. When I first used Tom he was very good. Communicative, did what he said when he said, was very pleased. From making contact to job being done took a week. As such when another repair job arose I contacted him optimistic about getting the same good service again. Unfortunately the opposite experience. Despite saying he was happy to help it took 2 weeks to pin him down for a date to come and assess. Came and looked, noted how urgent it was given the amount of internal water damage, promised to fix in the following 7-10 days. It’s been 4 weeks since and despite many many texts and calls to follow up it’s not been done. Last week even told me the job was going to be completed that day. Has not responded to any contact since so I’ve had to give up on him. Very frustrating experience and more damage to repair thanks to delay when I find another roofer to fix it.
