Friendly, professional and prompt service. In less than 24 hours of speaking to William regarding my roof, he had a team sent out to assess and carry out the repair works. Work was carried out to a high standard and I was really pleased they tidied up after themselves without being asked to. Will definitely use again in the future.

William and his team were great! We needed to move a door internally, replace and reposition a radiator, and completely replaster a room and the hallway - so a bunch of different skills. Work was done to very high standard, and completed inside 2 weeks. Would use again

William has been a godsend. He was able to get his men working within 12 hours of agreeing on the job. His team worked to a very tight deadline. He offered great advice throughout the process and was always willing to go the extra mile. Initially I was planning to post other jobs which needed doing e.g. rewiring of house, moving boiler and so on. However, William was able to offer a comprehensive service which meant I didn't have to deal with the headache of organising different workers. Overall all the work undertaken by William and his team has been completed promptly and to a good standard. I will be using them again for any future projects and would highly recommend them.

Done a very good job

William was a God send. I had a decorator who was recommended to me but was totally unreliable and with very poor quality of work. He continually promised to improve but I eventually had to fire him. I was left with an unfinished project with many bits and pieces still to be done. The problem was I had 1 week before my daughter was moving into her new home. William and I agreed the fairest solution was to rent tradesmen at very competitive rates. William had one of his projects coming to an end close by and promised to provide help immediately. I was amazed that the day I gave the go ahead he got 4 people to come after finishing for the day on the other project and they worked till 9pm on the first day. His staff worked extremely hard and finished in 4 days working late every evening. The work involved decorating. electrics and carpentry. William communicated extremely well and sent photos of progress each day. Basically William and his team pulled out all the stops to achieve my goal. I now have a happy daughter who has William's number as William said feel free to call with any emergencies, plumbing, electrics etc any time. I found the paying for labour a very beneficial way of working as I could ask his staff to do anything I wanted without being charged ludicrous amounts of extras as has been my experience with builders before. If you want an excellent job done, look no further than William and his team.

William responded very quickly once I had shortlisted him and told me how to fix the problem myself (which I have now done successfully). Incredibly generous of him. Lovely man! Very good communicator. The issue I was dealing with was quite hard for me to describe as a non-specialist (as was the remedy) but he made everything simple and straightforward. Thank you so much!

William was quick to reply to my posted job, my query was answered promptly. Eventhough the job I posted was not given to him and instead, my husband did the DIY with help from a friend referral.William still happily gave us helpful advise and tips on how to do it correctly. He is one builder that I will not hesitate to ask question again and will be on my contact list for my future home renovation. Thanks William for your advices.
