The small job was done very promptly and for a good price. William was pleasant and helpful. He runs a firm employing a range of tradesmen - in my case a plumber and his mate came to do the work. There were two minor issues afterwards - first, the tap wasn't tightened sufficiently, so leaked on first use until I tightened it myself with a wrench; second, they made a small chip on the bath enamel which I only noticed after they left. I didn't think either of these was serious enough to complain, but does suggest a slight lack of care.

William responded to my request quickly and provided a competitive quote. They were also able to start the work the same week which was great. The builders worked hard and long hours to complete the job on time and overall with are happy with the finish. We encountered a few problems along the way but William was quick to respond and resolve the issues on a weekend. A bit of constructive feedback would be that we were offered protection on the stairs and kitchen which wasn't put up when they started the work. I would definitely consider using AG Group again if we need any other work doing.

Had 2 Leaking pipes, that had dripped through to the ceiling in the kitchen below. I had already tried 2 plumbers I had used before but due to the short notice they could not assist, so I thought I would try this website for the first time. After receiving interest, I thought I would use William and his team due to the high amount of positive reviews and the initial quote. I was happy that he and his team turned up within a few hours. They got straight on with the job and were very knowledgeable. Very happy with the outcome and I would definitely use them again.

The work from William and his team was really great - William was prompt to book in the initial visit for a quote and, appreciating the urgency of the situation, booked a team to begin the work as soon as possible. The work was to a high standard and William supervised the process throughout. The team were friendly and polite and left things tidy at the end of every day. They worked efficiently and finished the project in very good time. They also did a good job cleaning everything up once they finished. Finally, I particularly appreciated that William worked with me to keep costs down to only the essential work, but ensured that this essential work was done properly i.e. fixing the cause of the leak for the long term, in a thorough and methodical way. He listened to my requests/questions and was responsive and clear in his explanations, both in person and over the phone. Thanks again guys!

Really happy with the service received from William. He is really professional and helped me resolve a problem that we had with my fathers landlord regarding the building and in particular the roof and front of building.
