Very pleased with the service from Bill & AG Group. I got them in to assess a loft conversion roof and the flat roof of an extension. The flat roof needed new felt, which AG Group quickly handled for me, working very tidily. Very impressed, and so pleased with the service that I've already booked them again, to fit a new back door and replace a radiator. Both look great and work perfectly. Bill helped me source the new radiator at trade price too! Would highly recommend, and will be using them again in future for any upcoming jobs.

Will was extremely efficient in assessing and fixing the problem. Very high quality work without drama. Will lives nearby and I was looking for someone local who I can trust to look after small and big jobs over the long term. Happy to say I found him.

Bill and his son came over and did a thorough assessment of my roof and explained the process that they would take and how it would work. The job itself seems a little more complexed than I first thought so I was advised on how much a temporary solution would cost and they have offered to do that for me, or alternatively I have been told the items to buy and do it myself should I want to save the money. The advice came from an honest and genuine place and I respect the candidness. Should I have enough money for a bit of a better job, I will absolutely call these guys back.

William and his team were fantastic. We needed some emergency work done on our roof just before Christmas. Being so close to the festive period it was hard to find a company that would come out at short notice and do the repair. William responded very quickly to my request. His team came onsite the next working day, assessed the damage and gave me an estimate. They agreed to do the work that morning, and within a few hours the job was complete. We will be using them again in the future!

Bill and his team were beyond outstanding and literally blew my expectations out of the park in terms of quality of build / efficiency / professionalism / service. We picked Bill to fully renovate our three storey flat in north London. This project needed a new everything - from roof / a whole new floor /electrics + water / kitchen / crumbling exterior bricks / bathrooms - it was a whole gut and rebuild story. Bill took the job with immense gusto and was a true trusted advisor and awesome builder throughout. He gave us great ideas all along the way (which we almost always adopted) and was alway true to his word on timing / costs. He would also routinely drive us around to the various suppliers across London and help us picking and choosing products. All in all I wholeheartedly recommend Bill. Throughout our 4-6 month building job not only did I think Bill delivered us a flat that ticked all the boxes (and more) but we gained a builder that we trust for the future and someone who is a friend.

What can I say about William, Catalin and the team. A truly professional job from start to finish. The team was polite, friendly and hardworking. I always have my reservations about starting a new building project and finding reliable tradesman is never easy. From the minute William and the team came round to quote I was convinced. The project was completed on time, on budget and without any complications. There was never any kickback or resistance, there were no hidden costs and William was transparent with the progress throughout. We were able to add and remove jobs from the overall project as we went along and William and Catalin were very helpful with suggesting amendments, additions or even explaining where work I had asked them to do was not required. In a nutshell a team of honest and professional builders who seem to truly value the quality of their work. I was impressed not only with the quality of the work and the finish but also the attention to detail and the willingness to ensure that I was happy. William was always available on the phone, the project was tracked using a very clear excel spreadsheet and any concerns were dealt with immediately. I must admit that I had my reservations when I first started looking for quotes but this proved to be a really positive experience - I will certainly be happy to work with the team at AG Group again and would recommend them to anybody looking for quality and reliable builders. A massive thank you to everybody at AG Group!

William was wonderfully pro-active with this work--came promptly to view the job, got a very clear idea of what was needed and came back with a reasonable quote. We had a very bad leak through a skylight but he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and assured us we didn't need a full roof replacement, just resealing the skylights. We learned a lot through this and will be able to maintain things much better now. His workman, Cataline, came the next day and did a very thorough job. Luckily it was all completed before the rains came back. When the time comes to renew the roof, we know that William Mitton and AG Group will be top of our list.
