Bill and his team added roof windows to our extension. Before the project began, he gave us lots of useful advice about the size and location of the windows that would work in our space. He communicated well while we waited for the windows to be delivered, and started promptly when they did. His team were all hardworking and helpful (e.g Dell cleaned out the gutters while he was up on the roof) and they were careful to protect our house and clean up after themselves. When there were hiccups along the way, Bill was always proactive in getting them sorted out and wanted to ensure we were happy with the project throughout. George, who did the decorating after the windows were installed, had incredible attention to detail and went above and beyond to make sure the finish was flawless. Bill was cost-conscious and where we asked to add other things to the job (e.g. installing blinds, repainting the walls), the cost was always very fair. Thank you Bill and team!
