Had a porch in poor repair which was renovated by William's AG group. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable rate compared to other quotes. We had the roof re tiled and the porch sealed for leaks. Danny who works with William also tiled the inside of our porch which looked reallu good. Very happy with the job and would recommend.

William and his team were booked to install a new underground drainage pipe inside the house from the existing soil stack all the way across the house in order to allow us to change the location of the kitchen to the other side of the house. William and his team turned up on time and started work on digging the trench from the new location to the soil stack. Once the channel was excavated William realised that the pipe could not be connected due to how deep the drains were. William rescheduled his resources and ensured that builders were on site to ensure that they could change how the pipes connected.  This involves re-planning, more work and materials and also working with building control officers to ensure building regulations were met. We were really impressed in Williams knowledge and his flexability in being able to change and reschedule his resources until the work was completed in the shortest possible time. He is obviously very knowledgable in all aspects of the building trade and ensures he completes all work to approved building control standards. He gave us lots of advice and helped set up trade accounts at building suppliers which will help us greatly in the future. Williams charges for the extra labour were much below expected costs and he even absorbed some of the costs himself due to the extended timescales The team works extremely hard and pulled out all the stops to get the work completed. William and his team were booked to install a concrete base for my bike shed. As soon as he saw the arrived, he realised that the proposed job was not actually what we needed, and advised us to do a much smaller job which ended up giving us a cleaner result, and saved us money as well. I was impressed because William didn't complain that he had bought many bags of cement and sand already, and even unloaded it, which would now need to be returned by him. William is obviously very knowledgeable about the building trade, and gave us plenty of good, free advice on various aspects of our house and recent renovation. His team's work is of excellent quality, and he was very flexible in terms of a few changes - he really made sure that the job was done 100% to my satisfaction. He takes great pride in his work! Very happy with the job recently completed – many thanks. William was pleasant and easy to deal with – very responsive to calls/ text and able to offer a fair quote quickly based on a phone call and the exchange of a few photos. Was particularly grateful he was able to schedule the job on a Sunday to help me meet a deadline. When unanticipated complications in the job came up – he let me know early and was able to discuss a variety of ways to resolve. Kenny, the tiler, was lovely guy to have in the house and went above and beyond to both finish the job to a high spec and in the time allowed. He even phoned tile supplier to double check whether tiles required sealing before grouting (as they were heavily textured porcelain) to avoid poor finish. Very pleased with the end result in both kitchen and bathroom. Would not hesitate to hire again, either for tiling, or for anything larger I need doing.

William and his team helped us to tile a small basement. The floor had been previously levelled poorly but his team came up with a solution to solve the problem in the best way. He was very quick to get back to us and did a superb job at a fair prize! I highly recommend him and his team.

William and his team were a real pleasure to work with. Kenny the tiler was exceptional and was always there to give advice and suggestions. I hired AG GROUP initially for roof work and found out they do all building projects. They have managed to give me a completely new Bathroom fully tiled and a new Tiled Kitchen floor within 2 weeks. It is so nice for a builder to actually deliver what they promised I will be Using William and his team for any future works I have. For once a builder has given me a very Happy Christmas!

William did a really thorough assessment of the roof and his estimate seemed very fair. The guys who did the job were very efficient, polite and good at communicating about the work. They did all the repairs in under two days - including some additional work that hadn't been planned. It couldn't have gone more smoothly and I would highly recommend them to others.
