Bill and his team were quite simply incredible. He came to to survey the job once then again with his main guy. He had good solutions for dealing with the job and gave a very good quote. He didn't blink an eyelid when a couple of days later I asked if they could move two of the back fence panels to realign the fence to the boundary of our garden, he just suggested a very reasonable addition to the quote which I was happy to pay.
He and his men arrived exactly on time at the start of the job and worked incredibly hard in the day and a half it took them to complete the job. Bill oversaw the job regularly and sent pictures by whatsapp to keep me informed of how the job was going.
Bill just wanted me to be happy with the job done and when, after his team had left the job, I had a query about whether the soil had been taken down level enough in one corner of the garden, where there were some tricky old concrete footings from a previous owner's fence posts, he sent the men straight back to take it down a little further until I was completely satisfied.
The team completely covered the passageway through the house in Corex and left it absolutely spotless at the end of the job.
I would not hesitate in using William and the AG Group again, in fact I am having them back in a few weeks to run an armoured cable for mains to the end of the garden.
