William responded within 10 minutes of my request tile repairs to my roof. From the first minute I felt confident in Williams knowledge and advice. The price was fair and work was done the next day efficiently and cleanly. William also noticed on entering my home I had a radiator awaiting fitting in my hall. I told him I was struggling to get someone to fit it before Christmas. William made one phone call and had one of is colleagues on site within an hour. It was not an easy job as there were lots of air bubbles in my gravity fed central heating. William did not ask for extra money despite it taking 3 times as long as he expected. William stayed on site till 10pm till job was done. The next day another air lock occurred and William came out within a couple of hours to fix it. William is incredibly proffessional and does whatever it takes to make you happy. I will use William for all my future projects with no hesitation. Regards Ash

William was very professional and his colleague Darren and team got the job done quickly and without fuss. They were great to deal with and stayed in touch throughout. The guarantee will give us peace of mind but the job has been done to a very high standard with triflex covering to keep out the rain. No leaks so far! We would hire them again.

was looking for a team who could lay a new floor in my kitchen/living room and who could fix a leaking roof and window in my bedroom. William came to quote extremely quickly and was able to start the work a couple of days later which was fantastic. His quote was fairly priced and I felt confident that he and his team had the experience to do the work needed in a professional but friendly and approachable way. Along the way my house threw up several challenges and the team of Bill, Varley and Darren responded brilliantly, going out of their way to find solutions in cost efficient ways which also fitted with the style of my house. This included having to level the sub-floor before laying the new floor, fixing a wobbly wall and dealing with a lot of unexpected wet rot around the windows. Bill also very kindly gave me a lift to the local DIY shop one morning when he realised I would struggle to carry home the 10l of paint I was buying! The initial fix of the roof didn't work out as planned, but Darren came back at a later date to rectify the issue by attaching new guttering. I would definitely used the AG team again.

Bill responded quickly and made a prompt visit to assess the job and advised new foundations rather than our original posted job would be a better option. The price quoted was very reasonable and Bill's team started within a few days. Despite a few hiccups including some issues with tree roots, the foundations were completed to our satisfaction and we now have been able to install the summerhouse. On this basis we also hired Bill's team to carry out some external painting and decoration work which was completed to a very good standard.

It was a pleasure to have the team work on our flat roof - they were careful and considerate, put 110% into their work and as a result our unsightly roof has been completely transformed. No signs of any issues with wet weather, but we have the comfort of a guarantee just in case.

We originally hired William to create air-vents in front of our house to enhance the air circulation in our basement. While William was there, we also asked him if he could tank our basement which he accepted for a competitive fee. We are very happy with the result. William is a very dependable person, and won't finish a job without a customer being happy. Will definitely use him again for other jobs.

The guys came to check the problem and were really accurate and honest. I would recommend them to everybody.
