William was super helpful with my tenant dispute, unfortunately the tenant damage was not reimbursed however William advice was invaluable.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish with very clear communication from the beginning. The service managed the building process exceptionally well, handling logistics, tenants, and other complications almost entirely on its own. It truly felt like a self-sufficient solution, which made the experience stress-free for me as a property owner and landlord. I really appreciated not having to worry about every detail, and instead being able to trust that everything was taken care of professionally.

Sent photographs and described work in detail and came back to fix when there was a problem. Happy to recommend

William came to assess the problem quickly. gave me an honest and thorough assessment and then arranged for the work to be carried out within a few days. His colleague did a really good job and William even came back to double check the work and make sure it was all up to scratch. Would happily hire William again

William's initial estimates of costs were accurate and work was completed (weather permitting!) on agreed days. William Mitton of AG Group has proved to be very reliable, knowledgable, efficient & flexible on timing. The leaking basement was a challenge as the source of the leak was difficult to find. William was good at problem solving and I was grateful that he and his team stuck with the job, sometimes turning up at weekends to complete various sections of the work. His communication skills were excellent and he kept me updated on almost a daily basis. His fees were reasonable. Would highly recommend.
