After using Eurolay for roofing work on my work building and being impressed I contacted them to quote for my residential work. The roofs of my building (a large Victorian house converted into flats) were severely damaged in the storms over Xmas. Kerry came to give a quote, taking the time to explain everything in detail. From the 6 quotes I received his was by far the most detailed. Whilst they had a couple of weeks wait to be able to start the work (due to other client bookings already in the diary) Kerry made sure that urgent repairs were seen to in the few days after confirming the job, erecting scaffold, repairing the gutter and fascia boards. The main job involving; complete renewal of asphalt on 2 large flat roofs, repairs of brick work, coping stones being replaced, lead flashing and solar paint, and has just been completed. This has basically ended up being a complete overhaul of a 30 + year old roof. I’m really pleased with the work. Kerry has emailed me photos of before, during and after and it looks great. I’m pleased that we also have the peace of mind that the 10 year guarantee brings. Given the positive experience that I’ve now had with Eurolay on my last 2 jobs I would have no hesitation in recommending them for large scale residential or commercial jobs.

Kerry and his team have done a great job here, finally sorting out our long-due problem of water leaking form the main entrance stairs into the flat below. The results are extremely pleasing, both from a structural and aesthetic prospective. On top of that, I have been impressed by the attention to detail and kindness of Kerry: he came down multiple times to provide a quote, suggest different solutions and approaches, and kept us updated all the time with the estimated timeframes to start and finish the job in adverse weather conditions. It's a relief when you find someone you can trust out there!

Kerry is efficient, reliable and extremely honest. Turns out our steps were not as bad as we were lead to believe and the leak into our flat is in fact caused by my neighbours wet outside wall. Kerry was upfront and honest and refused to carry out full works stating only a slight touch up was needed in few areas due to wear and tear, saving me a small fortune. Never had a tradesman that honest before such a breath of fresh air!! Would not hesitate to recommend Kerry and will be using him again in few weeks to repair a damaged chimney. Kerry and his team replaced our felt roof which was in an extremely poor state, and had been leaking. We are very happy with the high standard of work completed by the Eurolay team, which involved a roofer, carpenter and electrician, all for a very reasonable amount of money. The team are genuinely as good as everyone says - consistently hard working, passionate about their work, and clearly keen to do a good job and keep their customers happy. The team definitely went the extra mile, helping us with some other issues that needed attention and repair. We found them to be polite, respectful, friendly and professional in their dealings with us, and they explained problems and what was happening in a clear and accessible way. They were tidy and clean, making sure that they protected our floors as they walked through, and Kerry ensured that we were kept updated about timings and how the work was progressing. Kerry also resealed the steps going up to the flat above, which had been leaking into our flat. Again, this was done to a high standard, at a fair and reasonable cost. We will definitely use Eurolay again in the future if necessary, and highly recommend them to others. Thanks!

Kerry's team did a fantastic job re-rendering the front of our lower ground floor victorian flat. The work was done to a very high standard - attracting a lot of positive comments from our neighbours. Prior to having the work done, the walls had been very damp for a long time, and the wall was in a bad state. We now have very smooth rendering, with a beautiful finish. Andy the plasterer was hard working, professional and friendly. He was tidy, punctual and clearly cares about his work, and doing a good job. Kerry kept in regular communication with us, letting us know what was happening, when builders etc would be arriving etc, as we were also having some work done on our flat roof. We will definitely use Eurolay again, and have asked our letting agent to have them as our preferred contractor. We highly recommend them to others. Thanks guys!

Kerry came to inspect our roof quickly and made arrangements to repair the problem discussed. He stayed in constant communication and worked around our commitments. Kerry refused any payment until we had a chance to see if the leak had stopped when it next rained. He completed the work to a high standard and was competitively priced. Would definitely recommend.
