Very professional. Would recommend.

Over the summer Kerry and his team investigated a leak on our flat roof and recommended a full replacement rather than a patching job that other roofers suggested. While this was a more expensive option we took advantage of the good weather and decided it was worth doing. This also allowed Kerry to offer a 10 year guarantee with his work. Our insurance company had previously rejected a claim for water damage because the roof was old, so doing it this way allowed us to get our property correctly insured again. I live overseas and rent out the flat so it was important to have a tradesman who kept us in the loop with the progress. Kerry sent through photos of the progress. The job was completed very efficiently and neatly. It's now been a good number of months since the job was finished and we have not had any further leaks. We also passed Kerry's guarantee for the work to the insurance company and they were completely happy to reinstate our building insurance on the roof. Thanks Kerry!

The works completed by Kerry and his team at Eurolay on our main outside set of steps at our block of flats was excellent. The asphalt and painting has been done to a high standard and quickly with minimal disruption or mess. The weather made the job tricky but Eurolay would let us know very early in the day if they were unable to come and they also cleared up any debris or mess as they worked as well as at the end of a day. The steps look a lot smarter and structurally sound. I would definitely use Eurolay again for similar work.

Kerry is friendly and takes time to explain what is needed, although sometimes, I didn't understand the technical terms :) Here's hoping that the current repair will hold as I am away and don't know if the leak is sorted for sure until I am back. But I am quite sure it is :) as he did a careful and tidy job. Thank you Kerry and have a good Christmas.

This was a smallish (three day) but very fiddly and complicated repair job. A couple of other roofers did not want to know but Kerry was very positive and helpful right from the start. He turns up exactly when he says he will and explains exactly what he is going to do and then he does it with no fuss. He thinks about little details and clearly wants to do a good job. I am very pleased with the result and will certainly use him in future. In fact I've already asked him to do a job on another property.

Eurolay have recently completed work on our roofs, gutters & skylights. They carried out the work in a time efficient manner and communicated their progress well throughout. Kerry was professional, thorough and explained the repair process well. Throughout the works I received regular status updates, including photos of before & after that verified the completed work on areas that weren’t directly visible. Our flat roofs look a lot better now that they have been repaired & repainted. All guttering has now been cleared, any leaks have been repaired and tested to confirm that they are now in full working order. Should any further roof maintenance work be required I would invite Eurolay to quote for the work.
