Eurolay where very reliable done a really good neat job and I would definitely use them again.

I had a leaking asphalt roof in need of serious repair. Kerry was one of three people I had quote for the job, and I saw straight from when he came round to quote for the work why he is rated so highly on this site. He was on time, polite, incredibly helpful, and quoted a very competitive price. i valued the fact that he explained what work needed to be done (and showed me the problem areas of the roof), and also outlined the options I could choose from. For the work, Kerry and his colleague turned up at precisely the time they said they would, were incredibly careful to leave all the areas they were in (including inside the house) spotless, and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. As I said, I can see why Eurolay is rated so highly on this site, and I can't recommend Kerry and his team enough. Sam

In addition to the roofing work, Eurolay removed and old wooden fence for me on a roof terrace and replaced it with metal railings and a large gate with lock, this was measured, made, installed and painted in record time! I am delighted with the work, it has completely transformed the area. The workmanship is of a very high standard. We also had to re-build three brick piers that had become unstable, again Kerry organised this incredibly quickly, the brick work is also of a very high stand, the workmen were very organised and kept to timescales given and ran a very tidy site. I am a very happy customer!

Eurolay took on a project for me which comprised stripping and re-asphalting a large area of outside stairs/roof. During our first meeting on site Kerry explained in detail how the project would run and exactly how long it would take, he followed this up with a very detailed quote, this instilled a huge amount of confidence in me. When the project started, Kerry and his team worked extremely long hours with very few breaks and kept to the timescales and the budget agreed, they kept the site incredibly tidy despite the large amount of equipment and materials being used when the project finished they left the site in a better state than they found it! Their attention to detail was outstanding. I was kept fully informed everyday of progress which gave me complete peace of mind. I am absolutely delighted with the job, and have ended up with what looks like a new set of stairs. I cannot commend Kerry and team enough for fitting us in over the weekend and schedule at such short notice. Conversation was always at ease and points made clear without no hassle which helped us agree allowing Eurolay to carry out repairs to our flat roof. Repairs made to a high standard and water tested on completion which has solved this issue and saving us hundreds of pounds. I'm very happy with the service Kerry provided. Having looked at my roof, he explained the various problems he found and gave me an accurate quote for fixing them. The work was done without any hassle and he wouldn't take payment until it had rained so I could be confident the leak had been fixed. Even then, he offered to come back again free of charge if the leak reoccured. I would recommend Eurolay without hesitation.

I hired Kerry for this job and he and his team were very quick to respond. One of Kerry's team (Lewis) came over straight away to give me a quote. He located the problem immediately and recommended what I needed to have done to rectify it. They were able to fit me in a few days later and were able to complete the re fitting of the 2 valleys in a day. They also re-felted where the old one had perished. The rain has been pouring down recently here so the leak is well and truly cured! Kerry was very attentive and prompt throughout the whole process in regards to his communication. If I had a question that needed answering Kerry's responses were immediate which gave me confidence that the job was going to be carried out correctly. Highly recommended and would definitely use again if needed!!

Kerry and his team are fantastic. They made a brilliant job of our steps. They are punctual, polite, and very professional. Every evening the site was left completely spotless. The detail in their work shows that they are true craftsmen - a quality that is very hard to find these days. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and happily reccomend them.

Eurolays work is of a high standard. Kerry is a lovely man, always keeping you informed about the job and a genuine, nice guy. Eurolay mastic asphalted a flight of stairs and re-pointed our chimney stack, I would definitely use them again.

I contacted Kerry when, after weeks of heavy rain, my flat roof started leaking. He was overwhelmed with work but still found the time to speak to me over the phone (several attempts were involved, as we kept missing each other) and make arrangements. He sent a detailed estimate, turned up on time on the agreed date and was very professional and committed throughout the process. I am no expert in roof jobs, but the photos he showed me look good and he said I should not hesitate to call him if there are any problems. A great professional and a true gentleman. I'd certainly recommend his services.
