Arash did an excellent Job and was very informative about the work he was carrying out. Great work ethic, very neat job and cleaned up after.

Very disappointed in Arash to say the least. No proffessionalism whatsoever. He came to my house, looked at the job and a date,cost and time was set; but he never turned up. His no show, spoilt the day for me and the rest of my family; i even went ahead to cancel visits from other plumbers, thinking Arash was reliable, now i have to go asking plumbers that i had already turned down. He didnt even have the cortesy to answer his phone, return my calls or send a text, just completely blanked me. I would not recommend this plumber to anyone; i regret even allowing him into my house. What a complete waste of time. Its a pity i had to do this, but i hope this serves as a deterent to others and to him; you dont treat people like this.

Arash fixed our taps within a couple of days. He was responsive and tidy. I will use him in future.

Arash was polite and explained the problem with my system. He moved a radiator to a better location, changed another and power flushed the system. Would definitely recommend to others.
