We hired Arash. Found him nice and easy to talk to. Arash explained everything to us and carried out the work satisfactory. He was also punctual and we would recommend him again.

Arash has been very helpful, polite, arrived on time and did the requested job promptly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was faulty and started leaking but this was due to the manufacturing fault, not his. Price was much better than the quotes received from his competition. Overally, positive experience (except the faulty dishwasher) and would recommend to others.

Arash, responded very promptly and attended the following evening due to the timely boiler installation he was on. He repaired that tap and even returned within a few minutes when a separate leak emerged. Very happy with him and his work.

Arash turned up Thursday to look at job, we agreed a price and he said he would be here 11:00 Saturday, It is now 12:05, I have sent him a text, and called him but had no response, so it again looks like he is doing a no show, be warned. Now will start looking for another plumber.

Arrived on time.... all issues fixed ..... fair price.... happy days.

Agreed to hire Arash despite negative feedback from others only because he promised the job will be done on Saturday (28th April). A terrible mistake. He sent me a text on Saturday morning saying someone in hospital and promised to get it done next Saturday (5th May). I cancelled my family camping trip and moved everything from the bathroom. But no sign of him and text or call, just kept me waiting. Complete waste of my bank holiday weekend for complete unprofessional treatment from Arash. Not really, as I have learnt something important out of this 'listen what other reviewers has to say before you hire someone'.

A+ service. Job completed proffesionaly and timely. Good price. I will contact Arash again. Thanks, Anil

Arash was really friendly & did a great job of fixing some of our builders less than good plumbing. Would use again.
