Great work - quick and high quality

He did the job and I paid him , but it cut out again and was leaking which should not have happened after such a short time. I called him again saying parts must of failed . He said parts and labour not covered . He said he would only come back if I paid a call out fee plus More money for new parts and his labour upfront. I was disgusted by that because I paid him good money to do the job already. but needed it fixed urgently so had no choice . He took more money off me then messed around Not turning up the time he said he would . Not answering calls etc. Making excuses saying on his way . Then he said he ordered wrong part etc etc . I had to call in a new plumber and pay out again . . He is a dodgy plumber , uses cheap or faulty parts or he doesn’t know what he is doing. Not to be trusted . and he’s no respect for his customers .. so disappointed ..

I would definitely recommend Arash. He was superb as he hit issue after issue with the plumbing and solved each problem calmly and efficiently. He was friendly, courteous and worked his socks off. He didn’t leave until the job was completed, even though it was well into the evening by then. I loved that he brought his Dad with him as his “mate” and all I can say is that you can see where the work ethic and pride in the job come from. 10/10.
