Paul has completed the chimney sweep perfectly and much more. We were quoted £2000 by another company to replace the liner of our chimney and had been without the use of one of our wood burners for a year while we saved up! Paul used his camera and found that we didn't need a new liner after all. All for a fraction of the price. He then found that the one that he did come to sweep was not installed correctly 20 years ago! Fantastic, reliable and trustworthy. Will use again and throughly recommend his services.

Paul was great and would recommend/use again. He was thorough and left everything very tidy, taking great care. He also gave me some advice on using the burner that was helpful. Very friendly too, which is always appreciated!

I took time off to be home for this tradesman and 2 x he let me down. He said the nature of his work he can’t not give specific time. His excuse was the traffic,... but he can do tomorrow 2 pm ... and the I can do tomorrow first thing . During the initial phone call he told me about being one of 26 City & Guilds certified. Obviously they don’t teach about professional ethics in these courses any more. I got a feeling he gets all the jobs he can and then drops them off at random.

Absolute fantastic service, very professional and efficient and prompt in his response to any questions that I had, I’ve not long moved into my property and Paul showed me how to get the best from my wood burner and how to operate it to get maximum benefit from the stove, whereby I may have any problems he reassured me that I could call him and he’d help me solve it. Did a great job and can recommend. Although we was hoping for it not costing as much as it did (we wanted a camera inspection not just a sweep) it was just as well. Paul showed us how much build up there was and how dangerous it was when the previous owners, with two kids, were using it as all the pots were capped which we hadn't realised. It just goes to show you can't take risks and as a new home owner you absolutly must have a camera inspection. Highly recommended
