Paul is very knowledgeable and always on time. I was able to keep in contact via phone as I was on other building sites and could trust him to do the job correctly. 100% be using him again and again.

Paul was punctual, polite and very friendly to talk to. As agreed he sweeped 2 chimneys in my flat and provided some very helpful advice. Would definitely use Paul again next time.

This trader deserves a negative feedback. We agreed the appointment at 1pm on 17 Feb. I kept waiting until nearly 3pm, no response from him. I called him and he said he is still in Oxford (I am in London). I just could not believe it. You should at least keep me updated rather than keep a customer waiting endlessly at home without knowing what is going on. I said to him don't bother to come. I don't use people who are not reliable and fail to show trustworthiness. This time let's see what he can make up his stories. If you check his responses on MyBuilder, he was involved in car accident, he got covid ...

Job ended up being significantly more expensive than quoted which was a bit frustrating but it clearly needed doing. Paul was very lovely and even tolerated our noisy dachshund. Clearly an expert in his field and knows his stuff. Thank you

Paul responded really quickly to my advert and was able to come and do the work for me very quickly (especially in these Covid times). He seems to be a very knowledgeable man, with lots of experience, and sorted my fireplace and chimney. I thought it was just a matter of a chimney sweep, but he cleared years of tar from the chimney and sealed gaps I didn't know were there!

Paul did a great job on a really difficult fireplace. He worked hard and has got it looking beautiful. He is also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and was more than happy to help. Cleaned up afterwards and did a check of my woodburner as well to be safe. Would highly recommend and service is friendly, professional, a wealth of knowledge and a lovely chap.
